Gin Rickey

The Gin Rickey, named after Colonel “Joe” Rickey, who was known for entertaining elected officials in the Washington D.C. area, was created at Shoemaker’s in the Nation’s capital.

1.5 oz. Gin

Juice of 1/2 fresh lime

Soda Water

Add ice, gin and lime juice to chilled highball glass. Fill glass with soda water and garnish with lime wedge.
