Looking for the perfect dessert cocktail? The Chocolate Martini is just that. Avoid premixed Chocolate Martini mixes and perfect your own cocktail, with as much sweetness or bite as you like.

1.5 oz. Vodka

1/2 oz. Dark chocolate liqueur

1/2 oz. White chocolate liqueur

Add ingredients into cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously approximately 20-30 seconds. Strain into chilled cocktail glass and garnish with chocolate shavings.

Vodka Collins = Tom Collins with Vodka instead of Gin.

2 oz. vodka

1tsp. simple syrup

1 oz. lemon juice

Soda water

Add simple syrup and lemon juice into iced highball glass. Add vodka and fill with soda water. Stir and garnish with lemon wedge and Maraschino cherry.

A great early afternoon brunch drink or a perfect refresher any time of the day, The Screwdriver is a classic best served with fresh squeezed orange juice.

2 oz. Vodka

Freshly squeezed orange juice

Pour vodka into an iced Collins or highball glass. Fill glass with orange juice and garnish with an orange wheel.

Most popular Gimlet recipes call for the use of Rose’s Lime Juice. However, since we strive to utilize fresh ingredients here at The Pour Pro, we changed the conventional recipe slightly.

2 oz. Gin or Vodka

1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

1/2 oz. Simple Syrup

Stir ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lime wedge.

* Can also be served on the rocks.

The Bloody Mary’s creation is credited to Fernand Petiot at Harry’s Bar in Paris, France. Initially, the drink consisted of equal parts Vodka and Tomato juice. Upon returning to America, Petiot decided to spice up his concoction into what has become a popular hangover remedy.

1.5 oz Vodka

3 oz. Tomato Juice

1/2 oz. Fresh lemon juice

2 drops Worcestershire Sauce (More or less to taste)

Freshly ground black pepper

Dash of celery salt

Grated horseradish

Tabasco sauce

Build ingredients into cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into iced highball glass. Garnish with lemon wedge and celery stalk.
