Be sure to use white (clear) creme de menthe here. Using green creme de menthe will produce the same taste, however, the visual aesthetics with not be as attractive.
2 oz. brandy
3/4 oz. white creme de menthe
Mix ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. This wonderful dessert drink can be served on the rocks in an old fashioned glass.
