Cranberry Collins. This variation of the Tom Collins calls for cranberry juice instead of simple syrup, and lime juice instead of lemon.

1.5 oz gin

1/2 oz. cranberry juice

1 oz. fresh lime juice

Club soda

Add ingredients into iced highball glass. Fill glass with club soda, stir and garnish with lime wedge.

Vodka Collins = Tom Collins with Vodka instead of Gin.

2 oz. vodka

1tsp. simple syrup

1 oz. lemon juice

Soda water

Add simple syrup and lemon juice into iced highball glass. Add vodka and fill with soda water. Stir and garnish with lemon wedge and Maraschino cherry.

Sandy Collins = Tom Collins with Scotch instead of Gin.

2 oz. Scotch

1tsp. simple syrup

1 oz. lemon juice

Soda water

Add simple syrup and lemon juice into iced highball glass. Add Scotch and fill with soda water. Stir and garnish with lemon wedge and Maraschino cherry.

2 oz. light rum

1tsp. simple syrup

1 oz. lemon juice

Soda water

Add simple syrup and lemon juice into iced highball glass. Add rum and fill with soda water. Stir and garnish with lemon wedge and Maraschino cherry.

2 oz. bourbon

1 oz. lemon juice
