The Rob Roy is the Scotch version of the Manhattan. It was named after the Scottish version of Robin Hood, Robert MacGregor.

1.5 oz. Scotch

3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth

Dash of bitters

Can be served over ice in a rocks glass or shaken with ice and strained into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with Maraschino cherry.

Negroni

Named after Count Camilo Negroni, this cocktail is a variation of the Americano. Instead of adding soda water, Negroni ordered his Americano with Gin to make it slightly stronger than the original.

1.5 oz. Gin

1.5 oz. Campari

1.5 oz. Sweet Vermouth

Place ice into Old Fashioned glass. Build ingredients into Old Fashioned glass. Stir and garnish with orange slice or twist. Can also be shaken and served in chilled cocktail glass.

The Perfect Manhattan is similar to the original Manhattan, with one exception. Equal parts of Dry and Sweet Vermouth are used.

1.5 oz. Whiskey

1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth

1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth

Dash of bitters

Add ingredients with ice to cocktail shaker. Stir and strain into a chilled cocktail glass or on the rocks. Garnish with lemon twist.

Manhattan

The original Manhattan was one of the first cocktails that utilized Vermouth as a mixer. The Manhattan was created at the Manhattan Club in NY, NY during a party held in honor of New York Mayor Samuel J. Tilden.

1.5 oz. Whiskey

3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth

Dash of bitters

Add ingredients with ice to cocktail shaker. Stir and strain into a chilled cocktail glass or on the rocks. Garnish with Maraschino cherry.

Originally called the Milano-Torino, this classic cocktail was first served in the 1860’s at Garspare Campari’s bar in Milan, Italy. It was later renamed the Americano because of its popularity among American tourists.

1 oz. Campari

1/2 oz. sweet vermouth

Club soda

Fill rocks glass with ice. Add Campari and sweet vermouth. Fill with Club soda and garnish with orange wheel.
